This
firm was formed on June 1, 1979, in Incline Village,
Nevada. The first office was located 923 Tahoe Boulevard,
which was then the Nevada National Bank Building. In
1984, after defending a number of lawsuits against contractors
brought by the owners of 341 Ski Way, Mr. Menchetti
moved his offices to that building and was hired by
the owners, John and Carol Sells. In approximately 1990,
the office was expanded to include the neighboring suite,
as well, and another remodel was done.
The restaurant upstairs was originally "Steven"
and was owned by Cy Young Award winner Steve Stone.
It then became a restaurant named "Spatz"
which had a couple of different owners. The restaurant
is now known as "The Big Water Grille" and
is owned by some folks who have multiple restaurants
in Hawaii.
